Sometimes the delays for regular mail are longer than normal, depending on busy periods, holidays or events happening in the world.

At this time, it is normal to observe a longer delivery time than one would usually expect.

If however after 14 days you have not received anything, contact us at: customersupport@fairleybohemian.com or via the form above and we will be happy to help locate the missing package!

All orders are scanned items with the couriers and we receive a notification when they arrive at their destination, these are continually monitored for quality assurance purposes ♡

If the order is not yet sent, we will change the delivery address as soon as notified. If, however, the order is already sent, the delivery time will be longer since we will have to wait for the package to return to us before forwarding it to the correct address.

Please send the item back to our HQ address below.

Please leave a note in the package with your name, order number, address and the item/size you would like to exchange for. We will then send you out the amended size on the same day we receive it, free of charge!
